…..NOW WHAT?

The New Yorker Magazine years ago, published a cartoon depicting two city folk standing in the woods looking around.  The caption read “…now what?’.   Cracked me up at the time…    So poignant;  such an influential element discerning someone’s choice that is overlooked.    We hear “location, location, location” the “timeless” real estate mantra.  May I suggest this? “…NOW WHAT?”  Decide on the area; because of work, or school, or weather, or whatever…  then start honing in, and listen to your gut.   Look for a feeling that energizes and inspires as you enter a space.  It could be any space, it could be a town, a street, a hillside or simply a garage or a backyard.  When energy, animation and excitement touch you as you turn that corner and see that property for the first time, or you look through that kitchen window across a tropical palm forest and you can say to yourself  “… now what?” and the answers are endless; then you know you have come home.

In this blog I would like to introduce access to exploring the atmosphere particular to this hidden gem on the central west coast of Florida.  I start with Yankeetown….   As you enter the page through the link, every photo is linked to a website that will offer information.  Time permitting, my next project will be Dunnellon…
