“Off the wall”

Off the wall.  Definition: highly unusual.  (Merriam-Webster).   I say “Yes”, bring it on; love that.  Show me a house with some weird shaped rooms, kookie alcoves, funky window seats…   Quirky makes Unique, it’s a good thing.   Not everyone passing through, viewing, will appreciate the cartoon fish tiles in bathroom, of the moroccan style cabinetry, or the low lintel over the side door.  Some might wince at the statue of Venus cemented in the middle of the frog pond.  But, as agents we are not here to find a crowd of people, but rather just to find that one, who loves your home, who HAS to have it. Let’s not gloss over or hide the highly unusual  because it’s exactly that which will get your weird and wonderful home sold and into the arms of someone who will love it as you have.
